  4. For multiple-unit orders, refunds will apply only to one opened item; any unopened units must be returned in their original packaging.


How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • If a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a free replacement or process a full refund.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received (if applicable) and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges
